Return Policy

Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including the MRP tag and any accessories, to facilitate a successful pick-up.

Our return policy is applicable under the following circumstances:

1. Order Cancellation: If orders are cancelled before dispatch (excluding customized orders).
2. Wrong Product Delivered: If the incorrect product(s) is delivered.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product.

Refund Methods

• Prepaid Orders:

  • For orders paid via debit card, credit card, net banking, or any other method through our payment gateway, refunds can be processed back to the original payment method, as store credit, or as a store voucher, based on your preference.
  • Refunds typically take 8-12 working days to be credited, depending on your bank or financial institution.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or a voucher, which will be emailed to your registered email address.

• Non-Delivered Orders:

  • If an order is not delivered, a refund will be processed only after confirmation that the product was not delivered and you opted for a refund.

• International Orders:

  • For international returns, refunds will be processed once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
  • Orders placed using gift certificates or cards will be refunded in the form of a new gift certificate or card of the same value.

After we receive and inspect the returned order, our team will reach out to process your refund. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
